NE Ohio | The mice in a camper is a good point. What I do like about campers is it could be done quickly and then sold back off just as easily.
I really like the thought of a container tiny home, but pricing seems very high for anything that's not junk and I'd need to rig up water tanks - both inbound and black/grey.
Building out from the pole building seems like a good long term solution, but most time consuming and once it's there, it's there. Would have same water to think about, but could set it up to move to a future well/septic.
Once of my main considerations is a decent bed and a good shower. That's really about all that's needed. Just looking for some better options....pricing is a big difference between a cheap camper and a built out place. Even with write-offs, it's still cash out to handle. trying to keep it sub 20K and don't have the time nor carpentry skills to do it myself. | |
