Excavator with a thumb. Pull that crap up, shake the dirt out of the roots and throw it in a pile so you can burn it. I've always used a tooth bucket on a skidsteer to clean up and level but one of those mulching heads on a skidsteer would likely work nice to clean up what's left after the excavator.
Tree removal. Best way to clean this mess up?
