E ND | I've been seeing more "cabins" for sale on these corner lots selling portable sheds. They'll come in with it on a skid deck/rollback and just set it down for you.
Pour a pad to set it on (or just a ground level footings with gravel inside), plumb it for water and a septic tank you can pump and away you go. Make it as nice as you want inside, and it will still be something you could move or sell later if you decide you don't want it.
