Just a point to consider that hasn't been mentioned- I have a good friend who used to keep a camper at a farm far from home for exactly your reasons.   He finally gave up on it because they were unable to keep mice from being a problem.    I think in that regard you would be far better off with permanent walls on a concrete slab
