coast of Maine | 87yj,if you do a camper trailer you will need an open sided lean to on the barn for its protection in the winter(at least here) and you may know they are quick/easy to buy but can be built quite cheap.I know building onto the side of a building you already own is cheap and easy. Most likely depreciation or expensing it off as well. You could add this up quite easily as being way less cost than all others. That size you can do your own concrete,You can get by with stringers not trusses for your roof supports.2x6 studs, make it 8 ft to top of plate for cost savings, strap the outside, screw on the tin,use Roxul for wall insulation and even ceiling if you strapped it.Use a moisture safe dry wall unless you plan on heating all the time.Stick a metalbestos type chimney in (they cost a bit but are safe) put yourself a woodstove if desired.I think with a good helper you could have this thing done in 2 weeks easy.Im just guessing SWAG method ,sub 12 grand. That is done being a cheapo,,I like to scrounge doors and windows for those camp type builds. The doors and windows new will spook you . | |
