West Central Indiana | I had been planting with 8295R for 6 seasons. I put my 9220 on planter last year because I wanted to use my saddle tanks on that tractor for planting.
My 9220 is a poor performer when it comes to steering. My 580 quad drives very nice in comparison.
I have lots of hills and steep waterways. I like how the 12.5 liter motor handles the planter. That’s all I love about planting with it. I am gonna gravitate towards a 8370R or 8370RT in the future to pull my 24 row.
