If you don't mind running a small inverter, we use 110volt ac vacuum pumps from napa. Aren't super fast but they'll pull water up from 15ft with ease. We have 6 inch pumps too except we pull out of wells. Milwaukee I believe makes an m18 vacuum pump as well.
