| Having issues with our 9360r tractor, electrical problems. Randomly the monitor will beep at the operator saying either "cab switch module error" or "communication error". The machines electronics will then act randomly such as hazard lights turning on by themselves, corner post display turned off, arm switches don't work anymore, and the machine will stop and put itself in park both in the field and on the road. Sometimes all of these symptoms happen, and sometimes just a few. Doesn't seem to have much of a patter to it.
The machine will run fine for hours, even days but then randomly will begin to have this problem and will get worse and become useless. Then, it eventually starts to act fine after a few hours of shutting off the engine and letting the system reset.
There may be a connection between rough roads/fields and the issue becoming worse. We're not sure if it works a wire loose or something but it seems after driving over rough roads or in a rough field the issue will pop up and persist for hours to days. Attached are photos of what the display shows as well as a step by step story of how one of the operators described their experience when it went off on them. Would really appreciate some help if anyone has delt with this as well. If it helps we've already tried switching the arm rest controls between this 9360r and our 9460r hoping that the arm rest controls were the issue, but the problem still persists.
